We welcome applications from students who want to gain hands-on experience in a product-driven company.

We offer LIA placements within: People & Culture, Value Chain & Sustainability, Finance & Data, Product & Tech, and Marketing & Commercial. Our goal is to make your LIA both useful and genuinely educational, with a dedicated mentor, clear goals, and the chance to contribute to real, ongoing work alongside our team.

Our business language is English, and we work in an international, collaborative environment. A part of our collaboration takes place in digital meetings.

We can host a limited number of interns each year, but we carefully review all applications and aim to find the best possible match. We will get back to you to let you know whether an LIA placement is available. Selected candidates will be invited to a initial interview.
